ADMISSION TO NURSERY & PREP. CLASS

  1. Admission opens in February, admission forms are made available during 2F* fortnight of January.
  2. Age-Minimum 4 years for Nursery and 5 years for Prep. Class.
  3. Completed Admission Forms must be submitted to office before the prescribed date,
  4. Photostat copy of Registration Form "B" or computerized Birth Certificate issued by Cantt Board or the Union Council must be attached to the admission form.
  5. Child is called for interview (written test for class Prep) along with parents on the date & time communicated through call letter.
  6. Admission is confirmed on payment of prescribed fee.
  7. Classes commence with the beginning of new session

ADMISSION TO CLASS I THROUGH X

  1. Admission to class I through X are open during the first week of new session.
  2. Admissions are strictly based on a written admission test. Date of Admission test is displayed on notice board or can be asked from the office.
  3. Report/result card of previous school should be presented in original.
  4. Successful students are required to pay admission/tuition fee immediately and join the class.
  5. Documents to be attached to the admission form:-

  7. Original school leaving certificate from previous school.
  8. Photostat copy of NADRA Registration Certificate (From "B").
  9. Student who does not qualify for admission to the desired class may be offered admission to a step down subject to availability of seat
  10. Student seeking admission in 10 Class should have been registered in any Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education and following documents must be attached to admission form:
  11. School leaving certificate from the previous school
  12.  N. O. C and from the board where the student was registered.
  13. (Not required in case of registration with Federal Board Islamabad.)
  14. The school Management has its sole discretion to reject any admission without assigning any reason.
  15. Admission to 9th & 10th class are strictly subject to clearance of Entry Test

RULES/REGULATION

  • Undertaking on the back of Admission Form should be carefully read and signed which will be considered a legal undertaking.
  • Tuition fee for each month is due for payment before 15th day of the month. A fine of Rs. 50/- is charged on fee paid thereafter. Fee is not collected from 25th to 30th/31st of each month.
  • Name of the student is struck off from the roll whose fee for two consecutive months is not paid. Re-admission is allowed only on payment of full admission fee subject to availability of seats in the class.
  • Fee once paid is not refundable in any case, nor can it be transferred to the name of other student.
  • Student is not allowed to affiliate himself with any political party/religious group.
  • No student is allowed to leave the school during school hours without prior permission.
  • Short leave is strictly prohibited except in case of acute emergency.
  • No student is allowed to use school phone for incoming or outgoing call, however emergency call is conveyed according to its importance. Students are not allowed to bring mobile phone in the school.
  • Students are required to reach the school well in time. Late comers are not allowed to enter the class rooms.
  • Parents are not allowed to enter the class room in any case. Any problem regarding their child should be discussed with the Principal in the office.
  • The school does not take the responsibility of any child after school hours. Parents are therefore required to collect their children in time at the close of school
  • Any damage done to the school property by any student will be made good by his/her parent/guardian.
  • Disciplinary action as deemed necessary will be taken against the student found guilty of indiscipline, misconduct or involved in any subversive activity against the school which may also lead to his/her dismissal from the school.

Uniform for Girls
White Shalwar & Qameez with maroon coat m collars, cuffs and pocket strip.
  • Nursery and Prep class children may wear frocks with maroon collars.
  • Maroon sash (not compulsory up to class IV) g Red hair clip, ribbon, hair catcher or pony
  • White socks and black closed shoes
  • Royal blue pullover, sweater or coat for winter
  • School badge
